Faisandier Group is a family-owned townhouse developer in Wellington known for creating high-quality, accessible homes for first-home buyers, investors, and next-home buyers. As their portfolio grew, their existing website struggled to keep pace — it lacked clarity, brand presence, and a seamless path from discovery to enquiry. Faisandier needed a scalable, user-centred platform that could communicate their story more powerfully, guide buyers through the decision-making process, and support multiple projects without manual effort. The result was a seamless brand experience that replaced a fragmented three-platform system with one cohesive, purpose-built solution.



The Strategy
